Doreen Feng (1923-1980) was the daughter of Chinese diplomat Chih-Tsing Feng. She was a multitalented author, painter, and sportswoman. She worked for the United States Department of Commerce, responsible for designing rural programs in fisheries and aquaculture for minority populations in Alaska.
