Red cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine, no dustwrapper. 9ins x 5.75ins, xvi, 289pp plus 26pp plates ( of which 16 are in double-page format). Spine faded to a pale brown colour. Boards display some fading / patchiness of colour. Externally P to G, internally VG.
