This is the story, based mostly on Sherman's letters to one of his partners in St. Louis, of his banking career. Full cloth binding. Covers clean. Gilt lettering on spine bright. Very little wear to be seen, though there is a tiny ink mark on the bottom page edges. The dust jacket has tiny nicks and tears here and there but is doing a good job of protecting the binding.
