Each project was completed during a weekend by amateur printers from all walks of life, under the leadership of John Randle of The Whittington Press. All posters, broadsheets and the booklet 'The Doctor's Proofs' were printed on an 1858 Columbian Press, no. 670. All other booklets were printed on an 8 by 5 Adana hand press.
