It was reprinted a number of times in later years. Despite being a 54-year-old book it is in exceptional condition. Take a look at the photographs. The covers are unsoiled and unworn. That goes…even for the spine ends and corners. However, the covers to have an odd imperfection. If you focus in on the top right-hand corner of the front cover you should be able to see what looks like 7.22 written in orange, somewhat faded now. Opening the book you'll see on the inside cover at the top, written with the same orange pencil the numbers 6.27. I have zero idea what either of these numbers refers to. The rest of the interior of the book is basically perfect. The book is very solidly bound, absolutely no issues in that regard. It is also tight and square. Leafing through the pages I was unable to find one instance of any soiling or staining. Nor did I see any markings on any of the pages in the text. No creases. And no one has written their name or anything else on any of the pages. The illustrators were kept quite busy working on this book. There are five two-column pages listing all the illustrations. A rough estimate: 250. A terrific looking book with one odd, not very conspicuous, flaw. As you can see in the cover photographs, the book is a little wider than my scanner surface.
