Pictures have been partially colored in, with some scribbling, with regular crayons. Seems to be a tie-in to a children's TV show; Capt. Jim looks like Jack McCarthy. Television, nostalgia, baby boom.

Top edge of rear board has a closed crack as if someone stepped on the board. Still displays well and is a very rare cross-collectible, Pinocchio, coloring book.
