He worked in etching as he was colour blind. His masterpiece is generally considered to be 'Abside de Notre Dame'. Illustrated profusely throughout. Written by Loys Delteil. Delteil was a French engraver as well as being an art historian. Translated, edited and with additions by Harold J. L. Wright. With a booklet of addenda and errata loosely inserted.
