Stuttgart, Edition Hansjörg Mayer, 1967. Fine. A poetic diary written for the year 1966 in alternating in English and German. This is the first artist s book that Mayer developed with Dieter Rot. It was based on one of three diary manuscripts written by Rot during 1966. Mayer suggested they use a special linotype magazine, consisting of only the 26 lowercase letters of the alphabet and ten numerals with no punctuation marks. It uses two different font sizes, light and demi bold, to accentuate significant activites in Rot s diary.
