Book has a slight bow to front cover, light white smudges to covers, a slight split in binding between pages 116 and 117, a dog eared page, faint aging to pages. otherwise in very good condition, binding is intact with no missing pages, text remains unmarked; some cosmetic and aging wear but an overall solid copy with bright, unmarked pages. On the lower end of very good. Dust jacket has light rubbing and smudging to front and back, light scuffs and bumps to top and bottom edges. in very good condition, now in archival cover.

No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1999. Maps by R.E.G. Davies. 148 pages. Signed by author in blue ink on front free endpaper, inscribed "To Chris, With Best Wishes." A very good copy.
