The book was published by The Donning Company/Publishers in 1985 and appears to be a First Edition but is not specifically stated as such. It's NOT an ex-library copy and both the book and the dust jacket are in very good + condition. The book is 8 3/4" by 11 1/4" and it has 203 glossy pages with an Index, a Selective Bibliography, a Table of Contents, and the fore-mentioned black-and-white and sepia-toned photos and photo reproductions. It is a beautifully done book in absolutely great shape. Thank you!
