Eight outstanding photographs by the great Ansel Adams, and at the rear there is a Cedric Wright trifold spread panorama of the Sierra Nevada from the vicinity of Independence. Besides Adams and Wright, other contributors from the posse of photographic and illustrative talent in this issue were: Roy Curtis, Frank Webb, Lewis F. Clark, Henry E. Timby, Hervey Voge, Hermann F. Ulrichs, Dwight Watson, Ynes Mexia, Richard G. Johnson. Several topical sketches sprinkled throughout, as well. Articles (see scan of contents page) byFrancois E.
