The book was published in 1996 by The Folio Society and this specific book is the third printing dated 1998. Set in Bulmer with Horndon Display at The Folio Society. Printed in Great Britain by Butler & Tanner Ltd, Frome, on Caxton Book Wove, and bound by them in full cloth printed with a design by Richard Beards who also designed the slipcase and title page, and coloured the illustrations. Another fine book from The Folio Society.
