The treatise is grounded in military observation and contemporary experience, offering both practical recommendations and commentary on the conduct of the war.The second work is the vanishingly scarce first edition of the 1810 work 'A Sketch of the Campaign in Portugal', anonymously authored by the Hon. F. J.
