Paperback. Zustand: New. Print on Demand. This book provides a historical analysis of the political development of Austria, from its origins as a feudal society to its transformation into a modern nation-state. The author argues that the key to understanding Austria's political evolution lies in the tension between the forces of traditionalism and modernization. This tension is evident in the country's long history of social and political conflict, which culminated in the revolutions of 1848. The author examines the causes and consequences of these revolutions, as well as their impact on the development of Austrian society and politics. The book also explores the role of the Catholic Church in Austrian history, and the influence of the Habsburg monarchy on the country's political and cultural landscape. The author provides a detailed and nuanced account of the complex factors that have shaped Austria's political development, making this book an essential resource for anyone interested in the history of Central Europe. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…

XII, 287 S. Erste Ausgabe dieses wichtigen Werkes zur 1848er Revolution in Österreich. - Holzmann-B. 814. Wurzbach LIX, 33 ff.
