A beautifully bound book; blue leather with gilt lettering on front board and spine, on which 3 raised bands; humourously illustrated end papers; pages appear white and fresh; signed on subscriber's edition page by the author, editor, club president, club captain and Keith Houghton, the binder. Blue cloth slip case, with gilt crest and lettering on front panel. Used - Very Good. VG hardback in Slipcase.
