Howard Jos…eland was an architect, writer and artist who emigrated from England to Australia, and became a pioneering fly fisherman in New South Wales. His book Angling In Australia and Elsewhere Angling In Australia and Elsewhere Angling In Australia and Elsewhere is a cornerstone of Australian angling literature. This book is a chronological collection of all of his articles, and includes reproductions of his watercolor paintings. Joseland wrote primarily on flyfishing for trout, also other fresh and saltwater species.
