Upper front cover corner clo…th worn and board underneath broken away; other corners lightly-to-moderately worn. Light staining to cover cloth, as well as quarter-size brown stain and drip mark, partially cleaned away. Same brown substance also spots outer page margins of pp. 16-36, with 1/2" diameter spot to two pages and diminishing at other pages. Otherwise clean and tight.
