Past owner's ink signature at top of front free endpaper; contemporary green rectangular bookseller ticket for the renowned Kamin Dance Bookshop, New York at front pastedown's bottom right. Interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding retains some crispness. Classic book on the square dance (and other forms-variations) practiced in the western United States compiled by author Lloyd Shaw in the 1930s.
