Printed by the Clerkenwell Press, London, 1914, 1st edition. Grey cloth spine paper covered boards with title and four heraldic shields to front cover. 9.75ins x 7.5ins, 68pp plus frontis and 14pp plates. Light foxing to the text pages. Rear board rather grubby.
