Damp stain along top edge of cream colored cover and overall light soiling, first several pages rippled along spine and have light damp stains inside by spine, 2" of spine covering missing at heel, front cover detached from binding about 2" at both head and heel, top half of rear cover detached, inner hinges stretched in a couple of places. Interior pages clean and bright except for the light damp stains on the early pages. There is also a typed sheet laid in which is about this facsimile, the second in a series "which the Inter-American Committee on Bibliography of the Organization of States began in 1958 to acquaint the public with the classics in the field of American bibliography.".…
