Contents generally clean, bright, and unmarked apart from a previous owner's pencilled notation to the front free endpaper. Binding remains sound and square. Cloth shows light shelf wear at the head and foot of the spine; corners gently bumped, with light bumping to the lower fore-corner of the front board. Gilt remains bright and attractive.
