Washington, D.C." and a separate stamp for "Dr. Arthur J. Hall, 625 I St. N.W., Washington, D.C." indicating further physician ownership. A later institutional bookplate for the "Library of the Supreme Council, 33°, A.A.S.R., Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A., Washington, D.C." (the Scottish Rite Masonic library) appears on the front pastedown with a class number and pencil price notation, indicating the book eventually passed into that institutional collection.
