"This is a controversial book that sets out to overthrow many long-accepted and cherished dogmas on the nature of power-politics today. More importantly, the author has constructive and thought-provoking theories to put in their place. Commander King-Hall deals with the most perplexing and vitually significant problem which man has ever been called upon to solve- and solve it he must, for the penalty of failure will probably be the extinction of the human race add certainly the disappearance of civilization as we know it today."
