Over 80 pages nicely illustrated. Still a pleasing and hard to find copy of this Northwest Photographic history compiled and edited by Hammes and Justice.

First edition of this scarce, and informative photographic record of the logging, farming, economic, and social development of the area around St. Maries, Idaho along the Saint Joe River, which feeds into Lake Coeur d'Alene from 1890 to 1910.
