Winner of the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award for Best Play. Blue titled Studio Duplicating Service wrappers with credit for playwright Simon Gray. Title page present, with credit for Gray. 76 leaves, with last page of text numbered 2-33. Xerographic duplication, rectos only.
