C'est ce qu'a dû se dire le Danois Peter Andreas Heiberg (1758-1841, exilé à Paris depuis 1799), qui signe ici un article élogieux sur son propre livre, lequel avait d'ailleurs été précédé d'un autre du même genre dans une des livraisons du Journal de législation et de jurisprudence (1820). Il faut dire que, rédigé en norvégien, imprimé sur une presse norvégienne, sa diffusion internationale n'était guère assurée.
