Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigten, dass Familienarbeit, Informationssuchverhalten und Kontakte zu Beratungsstellen einen signifikanten positiven Einfluss hatten, während die reproduktive Rolle der Frauen und die Entfernung ihres Wohnortes vom Ausbildungszentrum einen signifikanten negativen Einfluss auf die Teilnahme von Landwirtinnen an der modularen Ausbildung hatten. Die Ergebnisse der qualitativen Daten zeigten, dass Analphabetismus, mangelnde Einrichtungen, mangelndes Bewusstsein und das Fehlen einer Bedarfsanalyse die Herausforderungen für die Teilnahme von Landwirtinnen an der Ausbildung waren. Daher sollten politische Entscheidungsträger und Nichtregierungsorganisationen die Hindernisse für die Teilnahme von Frauen an modularen Schulungen und die Herausforderungen für Landwirtinnen in modularen Schulungsprogrammen in landwirtschaftlichen Ausbildungszentren angehen.
