Das Programm KOMPASS an der FU Berlin unterstützt Studierende bei der Entwicklung beruflicher Ziele und Kompetenzen der Selbststeuerung. Nach einer Einführung in aktuelle Hintergründe und Ansätze zur beruflichen Entwicklungsberatung stellen wir die inhaltliche und didaktische Konzeption des Programms, dessen Ablauf, exemplarische Übungen und das im Programm eingebettete Coaching vor. Aus der wissenschaftlichen Begleitforschung wird ein Überblick zur qualitativen und quantitativen Methodik sowie ausgewählten Ergebnissen und deren Triangulation gegeben.
