Three-quarter leather binding with green cloth boards, modestly rubbed. Five raised bands and gold decoration on the spine. Marbled end papers which match the edges. The text block on all volumes is sound.… The end papers on all volumes have some staining and a small amount of foxing. Page 781 in volume three has been repaired with tape. All other pages are clean and unmarked. Numerous illustrations throughout all volumes. Overall condition of this set is Good plus/ Very good minus. Professional packaging and prompt shipping.
