If there is any 'Sketch of the Debate in question' in the 'Mirror of Parliament' Inglis 'expects to see it: - if none be given, He encloses a sketch of what he believes himself to have said; with a memory of something said by Mr Grattan, & Mr Spring Rice.' Dickens worked on Barrow's staff at the 'Mirror of Parliament' for four years in the 1830s.
