Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. 5th or later Edition. This is the eighth edition of this book, dated 1927. The hardcover in dark green with black lettering is in very good condition, just very light edge wear to top and bottom of spine and corners of boards. Internally there is a small scorch mark on the contents and title page (top corner). Some browning to the block. It contains some black and white photographs (which appear to be the author himself) exercising (see photo). A nice tidy copy.
