NOTE: In April of 1940, Max Shachtman and… James Burnham and about 1/3 of the Socialist Workers Party split from the party. In doing so they siezed the mailing lists for New International and it became a review of the newly formed Workers Party.The SWP went on to publish "Fourth International" it's new magazine starting with the April issue.
