In this work I have provided the results of the photoconductivity studies I have undertaken on the In2S3 thin films using different techniques. The conclusions seems to explain the fundamentals of the transport phenomena observed in this system and provides a general approach for the evaluation of electrical transport in other polycrystalline thin film semiconductor composites that outperform their crystalline counterparts. 72 pp. Englisch.…
