Los factores de formulación evaluados fueron la relación entre los diferentes polímeros y el fármaco y las perlas. Los parámetros del proceso fueron la concentración de perlas de molienda y la concentración de estabilizadores. Las respuestas medidas en este estudio incluyen el potencial zeta y el tamaño medio de las partículas. La prueba reveló que la relación entre el polímero y el fármaco tiene un efecto significativo en el potencial zeta, mientras que la concentración variable de perlas de molienda a velocidad y tiempo de molienda constantes tiene un efecto significativo en la distribución del tamaño de partícula de la nanosuspensión. Os factores de formulação avaliados foram a relação entre os diferentes polímeros e os fármacos e os grânulos. Enquanto que os parâmetros do processo eram a concentração do grânulo de moagem e a concentração do estabilizador. As respostas medidas neste estudo incluem o potencial zeta e o tamanho médio das partículas. O teste revelou que a razão entre o polímero e o fármaco tem um efeito significativo no potencial zeta, enquanto que a concentração variável do grânulo de moagem a velocidade e tempo de moagem constantes têm um efeito significativo na distribuição do tamanho da partícula de nanosuspensão.
