The FT-IR analysis of chitosan displayed bands corresponding to amino group, which was found to be the major group which indicates the chitosan. Anschließend wurde die geringe Menge des extrahierten Chitins durch Deacetylierung in Chitosan umgewandelt. Das Vorhandensein von Chitin und die Qualität von Chitosan wurden durch chemische Tests und Löslichkeitstests überprüft. Die Konzentration von Chitosan in Essigsäure wurde notiert. Neuware -In diesem Buch wird eine vergleichende Studie über die Extraktion von Chitin und Chitosan aus der Schale der Riesengarnele (Penaeus monodon) im Hinblick auf biologische Anwendungen, Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung und Antiglykationswirkun…g durchgeführt. Das von Natur aus reichlich vorhandene Polysaccharid Chitin wurde aus dem Panzer der Riesengarnele durch Entmineralisierung und Deprotenisierung extrahiert. Anschließend wurde die geringe Menge des extrahierten Chitins durch Deacetylierung in Chitosan umgewandelt. Das Vorhandensein von Chitin und die Qualität von Chitosan wurden durch chemische Tests und Löslichkeitstests überprüft. Die Konzentration von Chitosan in Essigsäure wurde notiert. Es wurde festgestellt, dass das extrahierte Chitosan in einer 1%igen Essigsäurelösung leichter löslich war, was zeigte, dass das Chitosan in reiner Form vorlag. Die FT-IR-Analyse von Chitin zeigte die Banden, die der Streckung von O-H-, N-H- und CO-Bindungen entsprechen, was das Chitin bestätigte. Die FT-IR-Analyse von Chitosan zeigte Banden, die der Aminogruppe entsprachen, die sich als Hauptgruppe erwies, die auf Chitosan hinweist.
