The spine appears to have been shellacked and it has a library call number on it. Pull mark and library marking on the inside covers and pages. Otherwise, text is clean and unmarked except for one ink notation. A record of doctors who practised in Ontario County including the Whitby and Oshawa hospitals in the 19th and early twentieth centuries, with brief biographical information for each, somewhat more detailed for the earlier doctors.
