Coincidió con el inicio de la actividad frutícola intensiva, que a menudo estaba relacionada con la sustitución de árboles viejos por nuevos, un aumento de la densidad de árboles y una amplia aplicación de portainjertos enanos o semienanos. Los fenómenos de fatiga del suelo empezaron a tener una importancia creciente tanto desde el punto de vista de las ciencias naturales como desde el aspecto técnico y económico. En el trabajo se utilizó el contenido de IAA en el cultivo de manzano en el huerto después de la replantación como un importante indicador indirecto para determinar la actividad biológica y la productividad de los suelos. In such conditions, the biological properties of soil deteriorate, which manifests in a decrease in the number of soil microorganisms. In Poland, there are more and more depleted plots in regions with intensive fruit growing.
