Boards scuffed and rubbed with loss to extremities, joints split but holding, contents generally clean and crisp throughout with occasional toning. Joseph Keble (16321710) was a lawyer and writer, and son of Richard Keble, commissioner of the great seal from 1649 to 1654. The statutes are not abridged, but published as they were in the rolls.
