Covers are original white printed wrappers with a 1" closed tear to bottom edge of front wrapper; no creasing to spine. A nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. No indication of edition; assume it is the first (and probably only) printing. ; B&W Illustrations, Photos, Maps; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 160 pages.

A limited edition copy, no. 694/1,800 printed with a signature from both authors on bookplate sticker. Interior is otherwise unmarked with numerous color photos. Tightly bound with fully attached hinges. Brown cloth boards are crisply pointe with gilt tilting. Jacket is glossy and unclipped with faint shelf wear.
