Black and white plates and a fold-out map to rear. No arm of the German military machine contributed more heavily to the success of the blitzkrieg than did the German Air Force. In its prime the German Air Force was not only the spearhead of the sweeps through Poland, the Low Countries and France, but in Norway and Crete it bore the brunt of successful invasions and held the Royal Navy at bay. There is light rubbing along the tips of the spine and the bottom edge of the book and the lower corners; still overall avery good book.
