Dagli autotrasportatori (100 milioni di euro nella Finanziaria 2009) ai gestori di sale da gioco, dai forestali (160 milioni di euro è il loro costo nella sola Calabria) ai commercianti (Tremonti ha cancellato l'obbligo di comunicare l'elenco di clienti e fornitori, decisivo per fronteggiare l'evasione fiscale) ai tassisti, notai e farmacisti. Intanto le spese risultano sempre più irrazionali (e incontrollate). La vera zavorra del Paese. Il 10 per cento delle tasse è rivolto alla sanità, gestita dalle Regioni, ma l'Asl di Napoli paga le siringhe il 60 per cento in più dell'AsI di Salerno. Perché? E perché il servizio pasto di un agente di polizia costa all'amministrazione 6,3 euro e quello di un carabiniere 3,9. Libro.
