In den WarenkorbHardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. This 9x12 inch book from 1909 is in very good condition with clean interior pages and a bright red cover with black cloth binding. The book contains rhymes for each day of the week and after each 2 verse rhyme there is a full page black and white photograph of a class of children perform…ing the different tasks that take place each day in the rhyme. For example, Tuesday was ironing day and the photo shows the children with little ironing boards. All are dressed in their clothing from the early 1900's. At the end there is a class picture of some 20 children listening while the teacher reads to them. Such a great illustration of a classroom and children of that day and age!
