Cover yawns, area at spine is slightly dingy with handling, and (most seriously) the fore-margins of each… and every leaf between p.1-6, and p.23-30, bear a quarter-inch-wide dampstain (no mildew or any further damage (central leaves are untouched). A good (good-only) copy. Because SF City and SF County boundaries are identical, certain unnecessary duplications occur, which author Long proposes to correct.
