LATINO Volume rilegato in tutta pergamena con titoli e fregi oro al dorso, contenente 3 tomi come da titoli, ciascuno con frontespizio recante marca della tipografia Cramer, al secondo tomo questa differisce e riporta il motto "non ardet sicut scientiarum amor". Testo su due colonne, richiami e segnatura dei fascicoli, fioritura e tracce di umidità alle pagine, alcune di queste brunite Numero Pagine.

Tre parti in un volume di cm. 36, pp. (20) 340; 523 (149); 75 (13), (4) 132 (30). Bellissima leg. coeva in piena perg. con titoli impressi in oro al dorso e tagli colorati. Ben conservato. Trattato di taglio strettamente monografico sul tema del possesso con attenzione particolare alle conseguenti applicazioni giurisdizionali. Vasta appendice di decisioni della Sacra Rota.
