Se ha investigado y discutido el efecto del espesor de la película de CuS en las propiedades estructurales y ópticas. Las investigaciones estructurales y ópticas de las películas se llevaron a cabo mediante difracción de rayos X, microscopía de fuerza atómica, microscopía electrónica de transmisión de alta resolución y espectroscopía UV. Los resultados de XRD y TEM confirman que las películas depositadas son películas covelentes hexagonales de CuS. El aumento del tamaño de los cristales se absorbe a medida que el espesor de la película aumenta de 100 nm a 200 nm y se conforma a partir de los estudios de XRD y AFM. Las películas depositadas también exhiben buenas propiedades ópticas, que las hacen aptas para su aplicación en la conversión fototérmica de la energía solar.…
