Hardcover. Zustand: Fair. No Jacket. Taro - A Little Boy of Japan by Mary Entwistle with illustrations by the fabulous Margaret Voelcker. This is a lovely, collectable book and is in fair condition. The pictorial cover is no longer white and looks like it has been read and loved a lot during its time. There are also a few finger prints and smudges around the edges of some of the pages of text. The cover is also bumped at the corners and the base and top of the spine. The book although still attached to the spine of the book is starting to come loose (front only - the back is secure) and could profit from being fixed professionally. No of pages 49 - 49 pages of wonderful stories of Taro and Mitsu-ko, two children of Japan, the games they play, the feasts and fun that they have.
