This copy carries on the front free endpaper of vol. I the signature of "V. Carlson" - possibly the Valdemar Carlson who published An Introduction to Modern Economics in 1946. 2 vols, octavo. Original dark blue cloth, spines and front covers lettered and ruled in gilt. Indecipherable 20th-century book stamp and signature to front free endpaper of vol. II.
