Robson, the managing directors of Atkin, Grant & Lang Limited, in the early 1960s. Stephen Grant & Sons and Joseph Lang & Son Limited had merged in 1925 to become Stephen Grant & Joseph Lang Limited, under the chairmanship of William Robson, a newcomer to the gun trade.
