A resident of Burnaby since 1947, Pixie McGeachie was editor of the BURNABY EXAMINER and has written many articles and two books, including on Burnaby. She was president of the Burnaby Historical Society and a member of the Burnaby Heritage Advisory Committee when this book was produced. Jim Wolf is a local historian who works with the Municipality of Burnaby as the Heritage Planning Assistant and has also served as Community Archivist with the Museum and Historical Society. A handsome and splendidly illustrated book.
