(Foreword). Introduction by Denise Levertov and foreword by Morton Marcus. INSCRIBED on the title page and signed simply "Dan" by Daniel Meyers, his son and co-editor of this book. Photographs. xiv, 266 pp. Very good in a near fine dust jacket ( foxing to top edge of text block, boards very slightly bowed, but overall an attractive, tight and clean copy).
